Please contact the office 24 hours after submitting the application to confirm receipt. Our intake coordinator will then contact you to schedule an interview.

Provide explanations and be specific. Keep in mind that such details assist the staff member reviewing the application and doing the interview, and the information is also helpful for placement in houses. Also note that information given must be true and accurate. All responses, including those concerning health conditions and needs, are used to determine whether our program is the appropriate fit for applicants and residents. Failure to provide complete and accurate information may result in refusal or removal from the program.

 

Please note that we frequently receive more applications than we can accept. We are committed to reviewing every application.

 

Preference is given to candidates who complete a phone and/or in-person interview and remain in touch until an opening is available in the program.
